Q: Hi I am confusing, are we going to stay in Vegas for a night or 2? Coz we will be staying in Hualapai Ranch a night...then next day will be leaving for LA.

As what you can check in the itinerary, we will have two nights' stay at Las Vegas: the second night and the third night during the trip, and for the other night on day 1, we will offer hotel at Los Angels. If you do not need the hotel we offer during the trip. please simply let the tour guide know during the trip, and it won't make any difference to your tour price.

Q: Re tour 2-351: Can you please advise the travel times for Los Angeles to Las Vegas, and Las Vegas to Grand Canyon legs of this tour. Also do the buses have disabled access?? I would require ability to transfer between wheel chair and coach seating. Presumably disabled access at hotels selected for overnight accommodation would not be an issue. Travel time between Los Angeles and Las Vegas is about 6 hours. Travel time between Las Vegas and Grand Canyon is about 5 hours.
Unfortunately we don't have the disable access on the buses. However, you can store your wheel chair in the storage, and have your travel companions assist you to the bus.

Q: I actually was not interested in the Grand Canyon. I was more interested in Mt. Rushmore. That is why I was comparing these two tours. There are no big differences for the time staying in Yellowstone and Mt.Rushmore for both tour. If you are interested joining the tour after June 3rd, for 85-4498 you will be staying inside of Yellowstone so you will spend more time in the park, and it is accumulated a whole day staying as combined half day in day 5 and 6. In Mt. Rushmore you will be staying around 2 hours visits for both tour. For 2-121 during summer season the visit in the park will be shorter than 85-4498 and estimate to be around half days in Day 4 and less than half day in Day 5. On the day of the trip, the tour guide will be asking all the guests if anyone wish to participate reserving the optional tours and handle a bus ticket to them for internal transfer in West Rim. There are no optional tours cab be offered only for boat ride in West Rim, it is combined tour with Helicopter and Boat ride only available for guests who join the optional tour.

For this tour, we offer domestic US arrival transfers between 8:30am-11:00pm and international arrival transfers between 8:30am-10:00pm. Just inform us an exact time when you would like to be picked up at LAX within this time frame so we can designate a meeting point for you. Or you can self check-into your first night hotel if you are already in LA.
For LA city tour, it really depends on what you would like to see. Both tours are great.
Please kindly note that day-to-day tour itinerary is suject to change depending on tour departure date. We can't guarantee that on April 29th, we will be in Las Vegas. Please leave a note in the comment section for us to re-confirm your itinerary in the booking process.
